The Associate Product Marketing Manager will support the National Hardware product portfolio, from inception to end-of-life, contributing to new product ideation, manufacturing specifications, marketing strategies, and sales processes. This role involves managing product development, portfolio maintenance, commercialization, and working with cross-functional teams to bring new innovations to life. The position requires a candidate with strong communication, analysis, and analytical skills.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or related field
- 3+ years of marketing or relevant experience within the home improvement industry or CPG.
- Experience understanding a product portfolio or business P&L
- Ability to manage multiple initiatives/projects simultaneously
- Experience using market research methods and translating findings into solutions
- Demonstrated experience with managing large data sets without error
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills
- Good project management skills
- Profit & Loss knowledge
- Good industry knowledge
- Basic Category Management knowledge
- Ability to follow protocols and identify improvements
