The company is seeking a Manager, Data Operations to lead a team that will build and maintain executive dashboards, deliver bespoke client reporting, create self-serve reporting tools, and run data investigations and extracts to support program delivery and decision-making.
Requirements
- Lead day-to-day operations of the Data Services team
- Provide technical guidance, coaching, and performance management
- Build and maintain program-performance dashboards and KPI reporting
- Oversee the development of self-serve reporting tools, templates, parameterized reporting, and automation
- Recruit, mentor, and develop a high-performing team
- Quality & governance: establish validation/internal quality check standards and documentation for dashboards, reports, and extracts
- Partner with stakeholders to define KPIs and translate business requirements into analytical specifications
- Lead complex investigations and escalations: perform root-cause analysis on data/reporting discrepancies
