Marketing Systems Associate

Marketing Systems Associate will ensure seamless operation, implementation, and optimization of CRM and ILS technologies within Asset Living’s national ticketing platform, providing strategic marketing systems support to a portfolio of properties.

Requirements

• Implement and troubleshoot CRM and ILS technologies within the national ticketing platform
• Manage system-related issues and coordinate solutions between internal teams and external partners
• Maintain successful property marketing efforts that support leasing goals and operational objectives
• Analyze leasing and marketing performance data and present insights and recommendations to operational leadership and clients
• Define and track short-term and long-term goals with measurable KPIs
