Assisstant Brand Manager Junior

We’re looking for an Assistant Brand Manager Junior to join our team at Kellanova in Bogota, CO. As a Snacks Marketing Associate, you’ll support the execution of the Snacks category long-term strategy, drive consumer demand, and manage budgets.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in Sales, Marketing, or related business areas
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
• English proficiency, capable of maintaining business conversations
• Strong analytical, communication, and decision-making skills
• Knowledge of financial fundamentals, including P&L and A&P management
• Advanced MS Office skills, particularly Excel
