The Sales and Marketing Assistant will support the Sales & Marketing department in various administrative, operational, and analytical demands related to corporate sales, groups, events, and marketing.
Requirements
- Support the Sales team
- Assist in preparing commercial proposals, contracts, and group bookings
- Update sales systems and commercial reports
- Organize technical visits, site inspections, and team schedules
- Support follow-ups with clients and agencies
- Groups and Events
- Support the control of rooming lists, contracts, and group documentation
- Monitor deadlines, payments, and subscriptions
- Provide support in communication between clients, sales, and hotel operations
- Assist in preparing BEOs and event information
- Administrative Functions
- File management, contracts, and documents
- Support in monthly production reports
- Interface with Finance, Reservations, Marketing, and A&B when necessary
- Analytical Support
- Update performance reports (account production, room nights, revenue)
- Assist in market and competitor analysis
- Support in planning commercial actions
- Support to Marketing
- Support in promoting F&B actions, events, and hotel experiences
- Update mailing and promotional materials
- Assist in organizing relationship events and activations
