As Associate Commercial Counsel, you will negotiate customer-facing contract negotiations, draft comprehensive negotiation playbooks, and provide strategic legal advice across various commercial functions.
Requirements
- 4+ years of legal experience, in-house or at a law firm
- Strong commercial contracting and/or other transactional experience
- Collaboration with other legal counsels based in jurisdictions across the US, LATAM, EMEA, and APAC
- Ability to work autonomously and run things like your own business
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken
