We are seeking an experienced Associate Director Partnerships Development to lead the development and implementation of strategic partnerships initiatives across Southeast Asia.
Requirements
- Strategic Partnerships: Lead and implement a results-driven partnerships strategy across Southeast Asia
- Identify, evaluate, and pursue partnership opportunities aligned with the organization’s strategic goals
- Lead negotiations and contract discussions to establish compliant and high-impact agreements
- Stakeholder Management: Develop and sustain strategic relationships with senior university leaders, education authorities, faculty stakeholders, and industry partners
- Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Track key performance indicators and conduct regular reviews of partnership progress and impact
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; a Master’s degree or other advanced qualification is preferred
- 8+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, or account management
- Established professional network within the Southeast Asian higher education ecosystem
- Proven track record of successfully establishing and managing strategic partnerships
