We’re looking for an exceptional Associate Director, Sales Operations to join our fast-growing go-to-market team.
This position reports into the Senior Director of Revenue Operations and will partner closely with Rev Ops, Sales, Go to Market (GTM) strategy, Finance, and senior leadership teams to help deliver accurate pipeline and forecast reporting, improve rep and manager productivity, and drive strategic initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Support revenue growth and GTM strategy by helping to define, document, and standardize operational best practices for the sales organization
- Help manage the sales planning process including org design, coverage model design, capacity and quota planning for the field sales teams
- Provide Salesforce operational support for GTM-related functionalities to help define, roadmap, and rollout new tools and capabilities to client-facing teams
- Drive strategic initiatives to increase rep and manager productivity and support a well-run operations function
- Evaluate new tools and enhancements on a case-by-case basis, perform impact analysis, business case, success metrics, and drive implementation in close partnership with Revenue Systems
- Perform ad hoc analysis (sales, pipeline, renewal, forecasting etc) for GTM and leadership teams
- Partner with GTM leaders, Revenue Strategy & Operations, Product Strategy and Finance to provide accurate, timely forecasting & pipeline coverage analysis
- Serve as a proactive business partner to cross-functional stakeholders including sales, finance, legal, marketing, growth, customer success, implementation and services
Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in Sales or Go-To-Market operations supporting an enterprise SaaS GTM function
- 3+ years people management experience
- Experience building, managing and scaling a high performing Sales Operations team.
- Experience working with senior Sales leaders and collaborating cross-functionally with Marketing, Growth, CS, Finance, Product and Legal
- Expertise in business processes such as forecasting, territory and quota planning, incentive compensation, pipeline management and opportunity management lifecycle
- Proficiency in Salesforce and Affinity. Experience with other sales tools preferred (Gong, Clari, Groove, etc)
- Advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills required. Procedures, complex formulas, and macros required.
- Analytical, data-driven decision-making mentality and sound business judgment through strong cross-functional interactions
