DealHub is hiring an Associate Director of Sales Operations to play an integral part in scaling our Go-To-Market (GTM) team’s growth and productivity through the development, implementation and optimization of business processes, tools and systems. As the Associate Director, you will support daily revenue operations and partner with GTM leadership to drive reporting and analytics efforts, build more scalable business processes, and help us maximize efficiency across all GTM functions.
How You’ll Make an Impact:
- Drive forecasting, analytics and ad hoc analyses to support the continued growth and success of all GTM functions
- Support weekly & monthly cadence including pipeline, forecast and KPI reporting
- Partner with Revenue Leadership to provide insights & action plans to drive team productivity
- Support all team operations, such as territory planning and quota-setting, team offsites, company-wide planning, and other GTM projects
- Champion seamless integration of tools/systems & cross-functional workflows related to processes across marketing, BDR, sales, and customer success teams
- Consistently prioritize revenue-driving initiatives — and reevaluate resourcing for this end — both within Sales Ops and across relevant cross-functional initiatives.
- Build dashboards and reports to provide insights at all levels of the GTM Org — from Reps to the Board — that empower stakeholders to self serve, be proactive, and make better business decisions
- Design & implement new high-impact processes, systems, and projects across GTM — proactively identify opportunities to uplevel existing processes and drive adoption + change management, owning all communication, documentation, training and alignment for rollouts
- Ensure data and systems integrity across GTM tech stack and work cross-functionally to consistently maintain and improve system hygiene
What Sets You Apart:
- 5+ years of Revenue / Sales Operations, Business Operations, Management Consulting, or strong Business Analysis experience, ideally with 2+ years of direct experience in Sales/Revenue Operations (or similar data-driven operational roles) in SaaS companies
- Experience with Sales tech stack and systems integrations (SFDC, Hubspot, Outreach, Gong, ZoomInfo, etc)
- Strong analytical acumen and experience with data visualization tools (ie. Tableau, Looker, etc.)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills — able to work cross-functionally with stakeholders across levels and departments
