Our team is passionate, product-first, and committed to customer success. We’re looking for an efficient new team member to help support the administrative side of our sales operations. If you’re accurate with numbers, love spreadsheets, working cross-functionally, and are eager to learn, you’re in the right place.

Responsibilities:

  • Support and assist in the global Sales Operations functions
  • Help administrate internal processes, reporting and support our sales team with all necessary tasks
  • Work with Salesforce CRM as well as spreadsheets
  • Support our commissions process
  • Build reports, analyse and visualize data to support management and decision making
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders including Sales, Marketing, Finance and Operations

Requirements:

  • First relevant work experience, ideally in Sales Operations or a similar environment (internships count)
  • Good analytical skills combined with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Strong skills in Excel/Google Sheets, knowledge of Salesforce or other CRM tools a plus
  • Hands-on mentality, flexibility and the ability to multitask
  • Excellent English language skills (spoken and written), German is a plus
  • Excellent team and communication skills

Start Date: As soon as possible (full-time).

Remote Status: Hybrid (with office presence in Leipzig).
