- BI Environment Reliability & Governance (15%): Ensure all supported BI environments, dashboards, reports, and data models are stable, accurate, secure, and highly available.
- Change Management & Quality Assurance (10%): Ensure adherence to development methodologies, standards, and quality benchmarks.
