Astera Labs is seeking a Sales Operations Specialist to support sales operations in a fast-paced, high-tech environment, reviewing and entering orders, validating accuracy, and coordinating with teams to ensure orders are booked, billed, and delivered accurately and on time.
Requirements
- Review and enter orders into the order management system
- Validate orders for accuracy and revenue recognition compliance
- Coordinate with Sales, Legal, and Finance to resolve order discrepancies
- Track order status and fulfill delivery or provisioning issues
- Maintain accurate records of all orders in CRM/ERP systems
- Drive RMA approval process and manage RMA requests
- Act as a liaison between Sales, Product Marketing, Supply Chain, and Customers
- Contribute to process improvements and automation initiatives
