Role Overview
Develop and execute a business development strategy to grow Astro product sales in retail channels. Identify, engage, and onboard new retail partners, especially small to mid-sized businesses. Achieve and exceed sales targets, KPIs, and business objectives.
What You Will Do
Build strong, long-term relationships with existing retail partners. Provide ongoing support, training, and tools to ensure retail partners can effectively sell Astro products and services. Monitor partner performance and implement improvement plans when needed.
Why It Might Be a Fit
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in business development, retail sales, or partner management. Proven track record in meeting or exceeding sales targets. Strong understanding of retail ecosystems, especially small to mid-sized businesses.
