Your Responsibilities:

As the Head of Growth Marketing, you’ll be instrumental in driving user acquisition, activation, retention, and upsell. Your primary focus will be on developing and executing growth initiatives and strategies that boost customer engagement and propel revenue growth. Here’s how you’ll make a difference:

  • Strategy Development (40%):
    • Create and implement a comprehensive growth strategy to elevate brand visibility, increase customer engagement, and drive revenue growth.
  • Data Analysis (30%):
    • Utilize data-driven insights to understand customer behavior, identify growth opportunities, and measure the effectiveness of initiatives.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration (30%):
    • Collaborate closely with product, sales, and marketing teams to align growth strategies and foster a cohesive approach.

Requirements:

  • At least 5+ years of experience driving consistent sales revenue growth through innovative and personalized marketing campaigns.
  • Proven leadership skills, with an ability to inspire and mentor high-performing teams.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, enabling you to articulate a compelling vision and strategy.
  • Proficiency in marketing-related software and platforms, including social media (LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram), marketing automation, analytics, and CRM tools.
  • Deep understanding of the startup ecosystem and a knack for leveraging emerging trends.
  • Experience with social media marketing, content marketing, and community development.
  • A relentless drive to succeed, a bias for action, and a talent for critical thinking.
  • Willingness to live in or relocate to Tulsa, Oklahoma

  • Equity:As a true partner in Squadtrip’s success, you’ll be eligible for equity ranging from .05% to 2.5%.
