GTM Engineer

Atlan is changing the way organizations work with data by providing an active metadata platform. The company is looking for a GTM Engineer to pioneer the use of AI to reinvent and reimagine their GTM Engine, accelerating growth while delivering value to customers.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in revenue operations, growth, or similar roles with a proven track record of scaling GTM motions and driving measurable business outcomes.
• Strong foundation in modern GTM tools, APIs, data enrichment platforms, and basic scripting abilities to automate workflows.
• Hands-on experience with modern GTM stack including CRMs, MAPs, enrichment tools, and AI platforms, with proven ability to integrate and optimize these tools for maximum impact.
