Atmosera empowers businesses to redefine what’s possible with modern technology and human expertise. The Alliance Partner Manager, Latin America is responsible for managing and growing the company’s relationship with Microsoft and GitHub across Latin America.
Requirements
- 3+ years in alliance management, partner management, channel sales, or a related role.
- Experience working in the Microsoft ecosystem with a strong understanding of partner-led go-to-market motions, co-sell, and ecosystem engagement.
- Familiarity with Microsoft programs such as Co-Sell Ready, ISV Connect, Azure Marketplace, CSP, CPOR, and PAL.
- Strong relationship management, communication, organization, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Experience with sales operations, reporting, and CRM tools.
- Background in enterprise software, SaaS, managed services, or consulting is preferred.
- Full Professional Fluency in Spanish AND English; Portuguese is preferred.
- Experience supporting regional or multi-market programs in Latin America is highly desirable.
