Role Overview
The North America Senior Revenue Operations Manager will work on the Revenue Operations team and is responsible for providing the North America Sales and Account Management team with analytical and strategic support. This position is hybrid in Austin, TX (3 days per week in office).
What You Will Do
Serve as a Salesforce expert, providing support and recommendation for sales operations processes improvement. Analyze sales performance metrics from the previous day/week including reviewing dashboards and reports to assess the team’s performance against targets.

Business acumen is required – understanding the levers to pull to produce growth and associated risks. Data management skills (cleaning, linking, analyzing, reporting) are also required.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent years’ experience
- Three or more (3+) years of relevant work experience
- Experience with building reports and dashboards in Salesforce
- Experience with building reports and dashboards in Looker
- Experience in the technology or e-commerce industry
- Experience with SaaS and Subscription business model
