The Audience Activation and Insights Manager is responsible for building the audience foundation required for paid media activation and measurement. They will shape EA’s 1st-party audience strategy to support scaled, privacy-safe reach, cross-portfolio audience orchestration, and incremental lift analysis.
Requirements
- 5+ years experience in digital marketing, growth media, brand media, audience planning, ad-operations, or martech
- Familiarity with self-service media buying platforms
- Familiarity with 1P data uploads and clean rooms
- Working knowledge of data warehouses & writing SQL in Google BigQuery, Snowflake or other systems
- Familiarity with global data privacy laws and governance
