On behalf of our client – a prestigious international design brand Minotti

We are currently recruiting for an experienced and detail-oriented Sales Operations Coordinator to join a flagship showroom on the French Riviera. This is a great opportunity for someone working in high-end interiors who enjoys the balance between client interaction, logistics, and luxury brand coordination.

Main Responsibilities:

• Manage communication with clients and premium suppliers;
• Coordinate orders, quotes, and delivery timelines;
• Liaise with the sales team and ensure up-to-date stock and availability;
• Maintain clean and accurate documentation using Excel and internal systems;
• Assist in vendor and logistics management (furniture, lighting, accessories).

Candidate Profile:

• 5+ years of experience in sales coordination, procurement, or client service in luxury interiors;
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English and French;
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills;
• Proficiency in Excel and administrative tools;
• Experience in an interior design position would be considered as a big advantage.
