Role Overview

Auterion is in hyper-growth mode and is building the revenue operating system to scale with them. The RevOps Manager will design and own this system, building the GTM systems from the ground up and connecting pipeline, delivery, and revenue into infrastructure the whole company runs on.

What You Will Do

Own the GTM tech stack, architect the CRM data model, stand up the pipeline-to-backlog-to-revenue bridge, connect contract awards to delivery, enforce data quality, and build forecasting and pipeline models.

Requirements

  • Proven experience building revenue or GTM operations at a high-growth technology company
  • Deep, hands-on HubSpot architecture and administration
  • Systems-engineering orientation
  • Experience with modern automation and AI tooling for GTM
  • Strong forecasting, pipeline, and revenue analytics
  • Familiarity with multi-entity, multi-currency operating models and data governance
  • US Citizenship required
