Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in demand generation, growth marketing, or performance marketing
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
• Deep, hands-on expertise with the modern B2B marketing tech stack
• A proven track record of building and scaling successful full-funnel marketing programs
• Hands-on experience using AI tools to improve segmentation, targeting, campaign production, and funnel optimization
