Senior Growth Marketing Manager

Authentic8 is looking for a Senior Growth Marketing Manager to architect and execute a full-funnel demand engine for a leading B2B cybersecurity SaaS company. The role involves designing and executing persona-based and use-case-based campaigns, leveraging AI to enhance every stage of the funnel, and building a sophisticated email marketing engine.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in demand generation, growth marketing, or performance marketing
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
• Hands-on experience using AI tools to improve segmentation, targeting, campaign production, and lead nurture
• Experience marketing to technical audiences like CTI, SOC, and OSINT professionals
• Proven track record of building and scaling successful full-funnel marketing programs
• Deep expertise with modern B2B marketing tech stack
