As a RevOps Manager, you’ll play a critical role in streamlining our revenue-generating processes, ensuring that our sales, marketing, and sales development steams are working seamlessly towards our growth goals. Key Responsibilities:

  • Process Optimization: Develop and refine processes across sales, marketing, and sales development to drive operational efficiency and revenue growth.
  • Data Management and Analysis: Ensure data integrity across systems (CRM, marketing automation tools, etc.). Analyze performance metrics and provide actionable insights to inform strategic decisions.
  • Technology Integration: Manage and integrate tech stack to support revenue operations, ensuring they are aligned and used effectively by individual teams.
  • Reporting and Analytics: Create and maintain comprehensive reporting frameworks to track and optimize the entire revenue cycle. Present board-worthy reporting monthly to leadership.
  • Strategic Planning: Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement strategies for revenue growth, including forecasting, pipeline management, and performance tracking.
  • HubSpot Optimization: Rebuild our HubSpot instance to align with best practices and optimize for our specific

needs. Ensure seamless integration with other systems and tools.

  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, and SDR teams to ensure alignment on goals, strategies, and processes.
  • Change Management: Lead initiatives to drive change within the organization, ensuring smooth adoption of new processes and systems.
  • Lead Lifecycle: Rebuild and own the lead lifecycle process from end-to-end, ensuring efficient lead capture, nurturing, and conversion. Develop and implement lead scoring, nurturing workflows, and handoff processes between marketing and sales.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • 3+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or similar role, preferably in the B2B SaaS industry.
  • Proven track record of improving operational efficiency and driving revenue growth.
  • Experience being an admin/owner on Hubspot CRM.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to transform data into actionable insights.
  • Proficiency with CRM integrations, marketing automation tools and other relevant technologies.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skill’s.

Bonus Points For:

  • Experience with Hubspot CRM builds and optimization.
  • Experience with Hubspot to SFDC migrations and expertise in both tools.
  • Knowledge of advanced analytics and data modeling techniques.
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies and project management tools like Asana.
