Role Overview
The 3PL Account Manager will drive AutoStore’s growth within the Third-Party Logistics (3PL) channel, managing and developing a portfolio of high-potential 3PL accounts, deepening long-term consultative partnerships, and capturing share from competing technologies.
What You Will Do
Manage and grow complex, multi-stakeholder 3PL or enterprise relationships, drive AutoStore’s strategic initiatives, build and deepen long-term relationships with key stakeholders, and develop and execute joint growth plans.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- At least five years of experience in enterprise sales, key account management, or strategic business development
- Working knowledge of warehouse automation technologies and the competitive landscape
- Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving ability
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and German
- Comfortable working in a dynamic, matrixed environment
