Sales Operations Specialist
We’re looking for a highly organised, commercially minded operations lead to join our fast-growing digital agency working with creators and social media talent.
This is a hands-on role at the centre of our Paywall & Sales division, focused on driving revenue performance, managing operational processes, and coordinating a remote operations team.
What you’ll be doing:
- Leading operational onboarding and strategy for creators
- Managing subscription pricing, monetisation flows and performance optimisation
- Reviewing key metrics such as revenue, conversion and churn
- Managing and coordinating a remote operations team
- Improving systems, processes and reporting to maximise performance
What we’re looking for:
- Strong organisational and analytical skills
- Commercial awareness and performance mindset
- Experience managing people, processes or operations
- Confidence working with data and reporting insights
