Avanti Channel is a streaming television channel and media company for the Italian American audience in the US.

The Chief Revenue Officer position reports to CEO and is responsible for generating all forms of revenue for early stage streaming television and media company. Looking for hard charging executive with 10+ years of experience in advertising media sales. The right candidate will embrace the start-up nature of the television channel and have the desire to be on ground floor, while wanting to leave their mark on the development of a new media company. They must possess the vision and experience to build and manage an advertising, revenue generating operation from the ground up. This position will both sell directly to brands, as well as, set up and manage our programmatic ad sales platform. Sponsorship and product placement will also be important components of the revenue stream. This person needs to be an innovative thinker and self-starter, as well as, a resourceful doer in the setting up and managing of the appropriate sales processes and systems. General understanding of Italian American audience is a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Lead revenue generating function of the company
• Develop strategies and game plan for driving revenue
• Develop contacts and relations with brands and sponsors
• Set up programmatic ad sales capability
• Work with programming and marketing departments to create sellable advertising and sponsorship packages
• Use analytics, performance data to guide sales strategies and measure potential
• Manage revenue budgets
• Identify new methods for selling advertising to our targeted audience.
• Represent the company and travel when needed to industry events
• Strong leadership and innovating thinking needed to set up revenue generating systems

Avanti Channel

Avanti Channel is an early stage streaming television and media company that is targeting the Italian American audience in US. Avanti Channel will be a general entertainment television channel. Avanti Channel presents television entertainment, unique Italian products, and further will become home base for Italian culture and community for people in US who love all things Italian. Avanti Channel’s streaming television channel is already widely distributed and accessible by virtually everyone in US on a variety of platforms. Avanti Channel programs Italian culture, fashion, food, wine, travel, documentaries, movies, specials, etc. Avanti Channel will also include an online store that brings unique Italian products into the US market. Avanti Channel will be the first media outlet in US for all things Italian and will be presented in English language. Avanti Channel will have its consumer launch in 3^rd Quarter 2025.
