Sales Operations

Aven is seeking Sales Operations specialists to join their product operations team and accelerate growth. You will guide customers to upgrade to new products through outreach, provide feedback to the product team, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes. This dynamic role requires strong communication skills, adaptability, and a passion for making an impact in a fast-moving environment.

Requirements

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent listening skills and energetic phone presence
• Proven track record of exceptional problem-solving capability
• Sense of entrepreneurship: a self-starter with a high sense of urgency
• High level of comfort with sales, prospecting, and marketing tools & processes
• Familiarity with data analysis tools; SQL
• Dedication to tracking and improving performance and efficiency on a daily basis
• Real estate experience preferred
