As the Regional ABM Marketer in Pacific, you will be the architect and champion of high-impact, account-based marketing strategies across the market. You’ll drive targeted programmes that deepen relationships, accelerate cross-sell and unlock new value within our existing customer base.
Requirements
- Design, execute and optimise Pacific ABM programmes focused on cross-sell, upsell and expansion within existing accounts—leveraging data, insights and strong collaboration with Sales, Customer Success and Adoption teams.
- Partner with Customer Success Managers, Adoption and Training teams to identify high-value account opportunities, co-create account plans and deliver tailored marketing initiatives that drive product adoption, customer value and lifetime value.
- Measure and report on ABM programme performance—defining KPIs (pipeline, expansion revenue, account engagement), tracking account progression, diagnosing trends and driving continuous improvement through data-driven insights.
