Join SeLoger, a leading tech company in the French real estate market, as a Customer Operations Project Manager. Responsible for piloting and coordinating operational projects with a high impact on customer support teams. Work closely with customer support, product, tech, data, and other business teams to optimize customer support tools and processes, reduce incoming contacts through automation and self-care solutions, and integrate AI-based solutions to improve customer and team experience.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of project management experience, with experience on projects related to customer service or customer operations
- Experience on projects related to the implementation of Salesforce (Service Cloud) and CTI systems
- Strong interest in automation and AI-based tools
- Ability to work in transversal and multi-stakeholder environments (product, tech, data, commerce)
- Analytical skills and ability to use KPIs to prioritize and manage actions
- Good knowledge of Lean methods and continuous improvement (Gemba Walks, Kaizen, root cause analysis)
- Excellent coordination and communication skills in French and English (written and oral)
- Master of project management tools (Jira, Confluence, Trello, Notion, etc.)
