Requirements
- 4-6 years of experience in performance or online marketing (in-house or agency)
- Comprehensive experience in setting up, managing, and optimizing display, paid social, and programmatic campaigns on platforms like DV360, Meta, Criteo, RTB House, LinkedIn, TikTok Advertising, etc.
- In-depth understanding of web and app tracking, mobile measurement partners (MMPs like Adjust), app attribution models, and the mobile ecosystem (SKAdNetwork, deep linking, postback configurations)
- Deep knowledge of media buying principles and how different networks serve various goals (lead generation, web user acquisition, app installations, retention)
- Analytical mindset and proven experience in gaining insights and creating reports with tools like GA4, Adjust, and programmatic analytics tools (e.g., Campaign Manager 360 or platform-native reporting)
- Creative flexibility and comfort handling design and AI tools (Figma, Canva, etc.) to create or adapt display/app marketing creatives independently or in collaboration with external creative partners
- Excellent German and English language skills (C1+, written and spoken)
