Job Description

We are seeking a strategic and performance-driven leader to join our team and transform our growth in the French market. As a Sales Operations Manager, your mission will be to optimize commercial processes, improve sales team efficiency, and enhance account management. We are looking for a colleague with proven expertise in sales operations, with in-depth knowledge of the French market, preferably in the SME sector operating on a territorial and limited market.

Key Responsibilities

Process & Efficiency:

  • Manage, document, and optimize sales processes, including lead management, territory and portfolio management, and sales reporting
  • Promote knowledge management and clear documentation of all sales and marketing processes

Technology & Innovation:

  • Collaborate closely with the central operational excellence team to implement sales technology solutions (CRM, sales enablement tools, etc.) and improve data quality to increase sales productivity
  • Encourage AI adoption within the sales team and work closely with the central operational excellence team to promote AI solutions to facilitate sales and improve productivity

Strategy & Growth:

  • Design and implement sales campaigns to help sales teams target prospects and clients
  • Manage local relationships with suppliers
  • Work closely with marketing, finance, and other departments to harmonize sales operations
  • Align sales operations with overall company objectives, such as improving revenue and preventing churn

Performance Management:

  • Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with sales leadership and sales analysis teams to set sales objectives, design compensation plans, and analyze sales performance
  • Ensure accuracy and integrity of data in the sales CRM system. Ensure processes and product adoption lead to high-quality data in the CRM

Training & Support:

  • Provide training and support to the sales team on tools, processes, and best practices

Qualifications

Experience:

  • More than 5 years of experience in sales operations, with at least 2 years in a management or leadership position
  • Experience in SaaS markets, particularly within SMEs, is required
  • Experience in tier-1 strategy consulting is a plus

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce) and sales enablement tools
  • Proven experience implementing technology solutions for sales enablement
  • Proven experience implementing successful AI use cases for sales enablement and productivity

Analytical Skills:

  • Ability to analyze complex data and make strategic decisions

Soft Skills:

  • Excellent communication and strong ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and build trust
  • Fluency in French and English is essential
