We are looking for a person with solid expertise to fill the role of Sales Operations Manager (F/H/X). Your mission will be to optimize commercial processes, improve the sales efficiency of our teams, and enhance account management. We are looking for a colleague who has proven expertise in sales operations, with in-depth knowledge of the French market, preferably in the SME sector operating on a territorial and limited market. To orchestrate our processes and ensure sustainable growth.
As Sales Operations Manager (F/H/X), your role will be to drive the following initiatives:
Process & Efficiency
- Manage, document, and optimize commercial processes, including lead management, territory and portfolio management, and sales reporting.
- Promote knowledge management and clear documentation of all sales and marketing processes.
Technology & Innovation
- Collaborate closely with the central operational excellence team to implement sales technology solutions (CRM, sales enablement tools, etc.) and improve data quality to increase sales productivity.
- Encourage AI adoption within the sales team and collaborate closely with the central operational excellence team to promote AI solutions aimed at facilitating sales and improving productivity.
Strategy & Growth
- Design and implement commercial campaigns to help sales teams target prospects and customers.
- Manage local supplier relationships.
- Work closely with marketing, finance, and other departments to harmonize commercial operations.
- Work closely with marketing, finance, and other departments to align commercial operations with overall company objectives, such as improving revenue and preventing churn rates.
Performance Management
- Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with sales leadership and sales analysis teams to set sales targets, design compensation plans, and analyze sales performance.
- Ensure accuracy and integrity of data in the commercial CRM system. Ensure that processes and product adoption lead to a high level of data quality in the CRM.
Training & Support
- Provide training and support to the sales team on tools, processes, and sales best practices.
Qualifications
What will make you an ideal candidate:
- Experience: You have more than 5 years of experience in sales operations, including at least 2 years in a management or leadership position. Experience in SaaS markets, particularly within SMEs, is required. Experience in tier-1 strategy consulting firms is an asset.
- Technical Skills: You have perfect mastery of CRM systems (Salesforce) and sales enablement tools. You have concrete experience in implementing technology solutions for sales enablement. Proven experience in implementing successful AI use cases for sales enablement and productivity.
- Analytical Skills: Your ability to analyze complex data to make strategic decisions is one of your strengths.
- Human Qualities: You have excellent communication, strong ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and create an environment of trust. Fluency in French and English is essential.
