Business Development Director, Institutional – Benelux and Nordics

Role Overview

The Business Development Director will execute the EMEA Institutional Sales strategy, develop a regional sales strategy, and contribute to increased assets under management and net revenue. The role involves implementing the business development plan, representing client perspectives, and maintaining existing client relationships. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of institutional investor needs, proven sales experience, and strong knowledge of sustainable and impact investing.

The Business Development Director will also implement the business development plan, represent client perspectives, and maintain existing client relationships.

Requirements

• Deep understanding of institutional investor needs across pensions, insurance companies, and other institutional client segments
• Proven sales experience across both private and public markets
• Strong knowledge of sustainable and impact investing
• Entrepreneurial and results-driven mindset
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills
• CFA or equivalent qualification preferred
