- Sales experience in Military & Aerospace and Industrial market
- Technical background
- Ability to work independently
- Fluency in English and Italian
- Good communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Knowledge of systems such as SAP, ERP, order management
- Team spirit
- Willingness to travel regionally
