Requirements
- Establish and execute a robust in-house performance marketing strategy across major Chinese platforms (Douyin, RedNote, Tmall, JD.com)
- Ensure scientific messaging translates flawlessly and resonates deeply across all localized touchpoints
- Collaborate with local Trading Partner for operational smoothness, inventory alignment, and high-impact execution
- Conduct market research and benchmarking to identify emerging consumer trends, monitor competitor activities, and unlock new insights for optimization in the Chinese market
- Continuously analyze campaign performance, customer acquisition costs, and performance marketing funnel metrics to optimize ROI and scale growth efficiently
