Our client provides dynamic IT automation solutions and is searching for a Regional Sales Director to lead and drive sales efforts across the DACH region. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in enterprise software sales and possess strong verbal and written communication skills.
Requirements
- 10+ years of sales experience in the enterprise software industry, with a focus on Workload Automation and/or SOAP software
- Proven success in managing regional sales teams, developing strategies, and achieving high-growth targets
- In-depth knowledge of workload automation and/or SOAP software solutions
- Native or fluent German speaker with strong English proficiency
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field; an MBA is a plus
