The Business Development Manager is responsible for promoting Aware Recovery Care’s services and building relationships with healthcare and psychiatric partners. They will handle client referrals, attend conferences, and maintain accurate records using CRM software.
Requirements
- Ability to communicate the Aware Recovery Care model to medical market providers
- Conduct face-to-face sales calls and phone outreach to potential referral sources
- Develop a streamlined process for receiving referrals from medical sector referral sources
- Attend professional conferences and seminars to promote Aware Recovery care
- Proficient in operation of CRM and EHR software
- Knowledge of MAT advantages, disadvantages, and side-effects
- Awareness of resources available for specialized providers and comorbidities
