About the Role:
Axcel Learning is looking for an enterprise-oriented Director of Growth Marketing to support b2b marketing across multiple brands in the Axcel Learning family.
Opportunity:
We are seeking a Director of Growth Marketing to play pivotal role in revenue growth by developing and executing strategic marketing plans that drive the success of our asynchronous training products in the market. They will collaborate cross-functionally with finance, product leaders, sales, content development, and other teams to ensure our products are meeting market demands and marketed appropriate to the right audience. They will also work to help unlock meaningful opportunities for cross-selling and co-branding across all three companies for maximum combined impact. What you will do:
- Sales Enablement and Messaging: Coordinate with company leaders to develop and implement effective sales tools including B2B marketing collateral and training materials that target specific market segments and lead to pipeline generation.
- Content Creation: Work with SMEs to create engaging marketing collateral, inclusive of website content, social media posts, white papers, case studies, and presentations that support new and existing products as well as co-branding opportunities across all three companies.
- Marketing Campaign Management: Plan and execute marketing campaigns across various paid digital channels, especially paid advertising and email marketing, to drive product awareness, demand generation, and customer acquisition. Provide direction and support to search engine optimization, social media, and digital content teams.
- Performance Tracking and Optimization: Standardize and establish key metrics and analytics to measure the success of marketing initiatives across Axcel Learning. Work cross-functionally to clean up data where necessary and continuously analyze performance data and optimize strategies for better results.
- Go-to-Market Support: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute go-to-market plans for new product launches and updates.
- Market Research and Analysis: Partner with leadership to conduct comprehensive market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape, as well as opportunities for cross-sell. Contribute insight based on learnings from digital strategies to data analysis exercises to help inform individual and combined product positioning and go-to-market strategies.
What you will bring:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in growth, marketing or related roles with a successful track record of driving revenue growth through marketing and demand generation initiatives.
- Demonstrated ability to set and achieve sales/marketing driven revenue targets, including MQLs, pipeline, and conversion goals.
- Deep hands-on experience running paid strategies across Google, Bing, and social channels. Proficiency with Search Engine Optimization, email marketing campaigns, and other demand generating activities that drive revenue growth across net-new customers.
- Experience both creating content and working with a team to execute content creation.
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic but remote environment with distributed teams.
- Experience selling technical asynchronous training products to enterprise clients is a plus.
- Experience with Salesforce, Pardot, SalesLoft, HubSpot, Zoho App suite is a plus.
Benefits:
- Axcel anticipates the base salary to range from $80,000 to $120,000 and will depend on current market data and the candidate’s qualifications for the role, including education and experience. The compensation described above is subject to change and could be higher or lower than the range described based on several factors. This role will also be bonus-eligible.
