Axual is seeking a Head of Growth to build and lead a performance-driven marketing function, focusing on revenue generation and pipeline scaling. This role involves strategy execution, execution of marketing experiments, and data analysis to drive campaign effectiveness. The ideal candidate will be passionate about growth hacking and have a strong analytical background.
Requirements
- 5+ years in B2B SaaS growth, demand generation, or performance marketing
- Proven success running CRO experiments and optimizing paid media campaigns
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot or equivalent CRM/marketing automation tools
- Strong analytical mindset and experience with dashboards, metrics, and experimentation loops
- Experience collaborating with Sales and Product
- Leadership mindset with ownership and accountability
