Marketing & Sales Operations Assistant

Role Overview

We are looking for a Marketing & Sales Operations Assistant to support our outbound marketing and sales activities across both Azurreo and SignalVerify. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys staying organized, communicating professionally, and ensuring that nothing falls through the cracks. You will play an important role in keeping our outbound sales engine running efficiently by managing prospect communications, maintaining CRM accuracy, and ensuring timely follow-ups.

What You Will Do

Monitor shared outbound sales inboxes and respond to prospects using approved templates and guidelines. Ensure timely follow-up with prospects and maintain ongoing communication. Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records. Organize contacts, opportunities, and sales activities.

Requirements
