We are seeking a Global Sales Enablement Leader to design and execute customer-focused market-development initiatives that drive incremental growth across product lines. This role requires the ability to communicate high-level concepts to senior leadership, coach and develop teams, and deliver complex professional work across single-layered or multi-layered teams.
Requirements
- 10 years of experience in Upstream or Downstream Chemicals
- International business experience working with NOCs and IOCs
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college
- At least 8 additional years of experience in Demand Creation
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and leadership capabilities
- Proven ability to analyze and resolve problems
- Experience leading programs or projects
