We are seeking a Global Sales Enablement Leader to design and execute customer-focused market-development initiatives that drive incremental growth across product lines. This role requires the ability to communicate high-level concepts to senior leadership, coach and develop teams, and deliver complex professional work across single-layered or multi-layered teams.

Requirements

  • 10 years of experience in Upstream or Downstream Chemicals
  • International business experience working with NOCs and IOCs
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college
  • At least 8 additional years of experience in Demand Creation
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership capabilities
  • Proven ability to analyze and resolve problems
  • Experience leading programs or projects
