Hey there! As a Mid-Funnel Sales Development Representative (MSDR) here at BambooHR, you get to be part of the team that sets our future clients free to do amazing work. You’ll be the expert who helps turn our mid-funnel marketing leads into sales opportunities, transforming prospects into happy clients who can then dive into our award-winning software and make magic happen in their workplaces. Because you’ve only got a short window to connect with these folks, this role is all about bringing the hype, rocking high energy, and chatting up a storm with potential clients to understand their needs.   • Being the go-to guru for our leads, sparking interest through discovery and dropping knowledge bombs
  • Reaching out and qualifying potential clients to set up meetings for our Account Executives to seal the deal
  • Making those inbound calls (How awesome is that?!) to our marketing leads every single day
  • Showing up and bringing your A-game full-time, Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM (no nights or weekends, woohoo!)

What You Need to Get the Job Done

  • You have a proven ability to sell with related sales or marketing experience
  • You’ve had experience articulating value propositions via phone and email and will be able to do so with BambooHR’s product
  • You’re able to identify and qualify sales opportunities
  • Collaboration and negotiation are talents of yours and you’re able to utilize them to communicate effectively
  • You have excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient computer skills
