We are seeking an Associate, People Operations to support the People Ops team by driving efficient, compliant, and scalable processes across the employee lifecycle. As a key operational partner, you will own critical workflows that support onboarding, HRIS data integrity, employee support, and compliance administration.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in People Operations or Human Resources.
- PHR or SPHR certification preferred.
- Deep knowledge of HR systems, a strong preference for prior Rippling experience!
- Experience with people analytics and a working knowledge of benefits trends and compensation planning is a strong plus, but not required
