Requirements
- academic degree in chemistry, a STEM discipline, or a technical professional qualification in a relevant field
- several years of professional experience in the lubricant industry, including application technologies and practical sales experience
- strong knowledge in price management, Salesforce usage, customer project handling, and commercial and technical solution finding
- very good German and advanced English language skills, confident use of Salesforce and standard IT applications
- excellent communication skills, a growth-driven mindset, team spirit, intercultural competence, and a proactive, customer-oriented working style
