The company has an omni-channel go-to market strategy with a strong presence online, in-store, and in family entertainment venues. The Associate Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for building campaigns that connect iconic brands within the Digital Marketing discipline, including social media, ecommerce and digital ads.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business, Marketing or similar discipline.
- Minimum of 5 years PR, influencer marketing, digital media, or brand activations.
- Strong copywriting and storytelling skills — you can craft a pitch or caption that makes people stop scrolling.
- Organized and collaborative — you thrive juggling multiple partnerships, campaigns, and events.
- Strong passion and knowledge for toys and the toy industry.
- Demonstrated expertise in Microsoft office platforms.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Knowledge of best practices in licensing.
- Ability to prioritize workload with urgency being a core value.
- Ability to partner and excel in a dynamic, collaborative environment.
- Critical thinker with strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills.
- Ability to travel, as needed.
