BAT is seeking a Business Intelligence Developer to support the creation of reports and dashboards that enable data-driven decisions. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree in a quantitative discipline and 2-4 years of experience in dashboarding, data visualization, and BI delivery.
Requirements
- Lead and independently execute 1 to 3 Business Intelligence and Digital Analytics projects
- Translate business needs into analytical solutions
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports
- Perform data transformation, integration, and analysis from multiple data sources
- Present findings, insights, and recommendations directly to stakeholders
- Define metrics, business rules, and reporting logic to ensure data consistency, accuracy, and quality
- Work within Agile methodologies
