BAT is looking for a Customer Experience Executive to join their team in Copenhagen. The role involves running retail and entertainment engagement platforms, managing the customer loyalty program, and collaborating with internal stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a Master’s degree in Marketing or related field, experience with activation, sales, or loyalty, and strong commercial and analytical acumen.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field
- Experience with at least one or two of the three fields: Activation, Sales or Loyalty as well as experience with project management
- Strong communicator able to engage with different layers of organization and retail/ entertainment channel staff
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Creative, innovative and solution-driven mindset
- Strong commercial and analytical acumen i.e. measuring KPIs and budget management
- Fluent in English and Danish
