We are seeking a Marketing Data Analyst to support the delivery of effective campaigns through exceptional use of analysis, segmentation and reporting, in line with marketing strategies. As a central connector across the organisation, this role plays a vital part in the ongoing success and growth of the Fleet News, Automotive Management (AM) and RAIL brands.
Requirements
- Proven experience of working within a data analyst position
- Proficient and at ease with using HubSpot CRM and database management, and solid awareness of Email Service Provider
- Microsoft Office understanding, especially Excel, with proven success using v-lookups and formulas
- Previous experience of working with analytical tools/platforms and data visualization tools, e.g. Power BI, Google Analytics, Dashboards
- Able to re-prioritise numerous workstreams, working at pace in a complex and fast changing environment
- Comfortable collaborating and liaising with various stakeholders
- Proficient understanding of GDPR legislation
- Able to use your own initiative, working autonomously whilst collaborating and communicating exceptionally within a team
- Ability to identify better ways of working, problem-solve and put forward pragmatic solutions in a diplomatic manner
