Bayard Bradford, an Elite HubSpot partner, focuses on two main areas: portal consolidation and “backbone” industries (e.g. Oil & Gas, Manufacturing, Logistics).
We’re looking for our next Senior Technical Consultant to lead mid-market and enterprise HubSpot implementations and migrations as well as create unique solutions to up-market business challenges.

Key Responsibilities:
- Consulting & Strategy: Partner with clients to understand their business objectives, challenges, and technical needs, and recommend HubSpot solutions that align with their goals.
- Solution Design: Lead the design of tailored HubSpot implementations, including marketing automation, sales enablement, customer service optimization, and CRM integration.
- Implementation & Project Management: Oversee the configuration, customization, and implementation of HubSpot solutions for clients, managing the end-to-end project lifecycle to ensure successful delivery.
- Client Training & Enablement: Provide training and ongoing support to clients, ensuring they are fully equipped to utilize the HubSpot platform to its full potential.
What we’re looking for:
- Prior experience working at a HubSpot partner
- 5+ years of experience in HubSpot consulting, solutions architecture, and implementation especially if focused on upmarket customers.
- Enjoys managing customer relationships inside of a project lifecycle.
- Working knowledge of HubSpot’s APIs.
- Experience with integration platforms strongly preferred (e.g. Hightouch, Zapier, Tray.io etc)
- Ability to translate business requirements into functional technical deliverables to an internal development resource
- SQL knowledge a plus
- Exceptional project management skills with the ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
