Bayard Bradford is a rapidly growing HubSpot consulting firm based in Houston, Texas. We are expanding our operations team to support clients who use HubSpot and Salesforce for sales, marketing and customer support.
The HubSpot Technical Consultant is responsible for understanding how to utilize HubSpot and Salesforce to help sales, marketing and customer support teams meet their objectives. The consultant supports data migration projects, implements HubSpot according to best practices, ensures data quality and integrity, builds workflow automations to improve productivity, and creates reports and dashboards to support operations.
The successful candidate will understand how data and processes work in a CRM system. Key skills for a successful CRM admin are organization, communication and the ability to translate business needs into data management and technical requirements.
Specific job responsibilities include:
- Translating business process improvements into functional requirements for data management and workflow automation
- Assist with CRM implementation and onboarding
- Migrate data between CRM platforms
- Import data files, including mapping fields and validating email addresses
- Set permissions and user roles
- Customize views, properties, and workflows in your HubSpot account
- Implement workflow automation to support business processes
- Integrate other platforms and apps from app marketplaces
- Build reports to measure various sales, marketing, and service efforts
- Create, manage, and schedule CRM training guides
- Provide troubleshooting and technical support to users as needed

Additional requirements
- BA/BS degree
- Administrator certification or demonstrated proficiency in either Salesforce or HubSpot CRM
- Experience with Salesforce Flow or Process Builders or HubSpot workflow automation
- Excellent communicator and creative thinker, with an ability to use data to inform decisions
- Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of inbound marketing concepts – SEO, blogging, social media, lead nurturing, workflow management, and email marketing.
